2018 Surfaces - Flooring Failure Trial Seminar - Attendees will be en-
tertained and educated in a 90 minute mock trial, presented in theatrical style,
where the parties to a flooring lawsuit will present the facts and background
that led to the failure. Peter Craig, Lew Migliore, Scott Tarr, Sim Crisler, Roland
Vierra, Bob Lucas and Jon Namba will present this seminar in a style that is not
only informative but fun for the novice and expert alike. We’ll see you there!

Our first article in the series on maintenance of commercial flooring fo-
cused on the outdoor area and how to prevent the soils from entering the
building. We now look at the second line of soil defense, the Routine
maintenance systems. This section will focus on all flooring surfaces, hard

Dane Gregory, an associate of LGM, is the National Sales Manager for
Carpet Cleaner America. He works with commercial cleaners to help them build their businesses by
adding services without a lot of additional cost. He also helps them with technical aspects of cleaning
