- Dealing with every type of flooring failure, analysis, on-site inspections, certified product testing, legal case assistance, proffered expert witness, mediation and dispute resolution, insurance loss evaluation, oversee manufacturing of product, identifying substrate, concrete and moisture related issues and product specification and assessment. In 2005 LGM expanded to LGMTCS and Associates Technical Flooring Services to provide superior client service with experts in all categories of flooring materials both soft and hard, substrates, adhesives and ancillary products.

- Co-Developer of, LGM Concrete Moisture and Flooring Failures This program covers the material beneath the concrete and the conditions, the make-up of concrete itself, components, additives, lightweight concrete, retarder materials, moisture vapor emission, alkalinity and surface treatments. Reactions of flooring materials are shown and discussed as well as the influence of internal environmental conditions inside a facility and the effects of the HVAC system (heating ventilating and air conditioning). Various forms of testing equipment and their operation and how they work and are used is covered as are various forms of testing including Calcium Chloride and Relative Humidity test, Concrete Moisture Encounter meter. Adhesives and how they work and are affected are covered and the effect moisture and alkalinity have on PVC backings and plasticizer and related flooring product performance and compromises.
