  • Developer, LGM Carpet Seminar, the industry’s only independent and impartial informational and educational seminar on all aspects of carpet. A three-day intensive seminar covering every aspect of carpet, from fiber to maintenance.   • Co-Developer of, LGM Concrete Moisture and Flooring Failures This program covers the material beneath the concrete and the conditions, the make-up of concrete itself, components, additives, lightweight concrete, retarder materials, moisture vapor emission, alkalinity and surface treatments.  Reactions of flooring materials are shown and discussed as well as the influence of internal environmental conditions inside a facility and the effects of the HVAC system (heating ventilating and air conditioning).
